Avocados are high in monounsaturated fats, which have been shown to protect brain cells. While many young students may not like avocado, the benefits can be extensive, so it could be good to find ways to incorporate this food into the diet.
Obviously this is something only for those adults who are of drinking age to take advantage. There have been studies done on the effects of grape-derived polyphenols on brain blood flow, and how this affects diseases such as Alzheimer’s and dementia.
