LearningRx Center Startup Costs

Starting your own business is a balance of costs and opportunity. LearningRx franchisees not only have the opportunity to offer life-changing programs, but they also leverage an existing business system that’s been in operation for over 20 years to drive their own level of business success. Like any new business, there are start-up costs required to get your LearningRx center up and running. The initial estimated investment to open a standard LearningRx center is $223,000 and can vary by your local cost of doing business.

See below for a breakdown for our franchise start up costs.

The LearningRx Franchise Opportunity Process

We’re looking for franchise candidates who are the right fit for LearningRx. All qualified candidates will have the opportunity to complete a 6-step, consultative award process. Together, we will explore whether LearningRx is the right fit for a candidate’s goals, finances, and lifestyle, as well as a good fit into the LearningRx culture and franchise system. Being part of a franchise system requires franchisees to be able to follow existing processes and systems.

Introductory Call

Get started with a quick 15-minute call to get introduced to franchising with LearningRx at a high level and allow us to answer your initial questions. Afterwards, if we both feel good about moving to the next step in owning a LearningRx center, we’ll send you a franchise application and schedule your Qualification Call.

Qualification Call

Once you complete a LearningRx franchise application, we will take some time to talk through your financial situation, your goals for financing your future business, your personality profile, and the LearningRx business model. If you are qualified, we will send a business planning tool and the LearningRx Franchise Disclosure Document for you to review.

Franchise Disclosure Document

The Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) contains information about the LearningRx franchise system, our owners, system performance numbers (Item 19), and more. It also contains the franchise agreement. We will be sure to walk through the document together and make any needed clarifications. Although the franchise agreement is non-negotiable, we always recommend you have a franchise lawyer review the FDD for thorough understanding.

Due Diligence Calls

After the FDD Call, all LearningRx franchise candidates are encouraged to speak with at least three current LearningRx franchisees. This is a great way to hear from actual Learning Center Franchise Owners and ask about their experiences, their day-to-day activities, and the challenges and benefits of running a LearningRx center.

Discovery Day

Tour a center, watch live brain training, and get a feel for a day in the life of a center director. Watch presentations from our Executive Team and meet with them in person to determine together whether or not we want to move forward with a franchise relationship.

Franchise Agreement

Following your approval, you will be awarded a franchise. Congratulations! Now it is time to sign your franchise agreement, attend training, and make your opening timeline. You're in business!
